“At that time, I decided to gain more practical exposure, which was not possible without the support of my agency in Australia.
They helped me throughout my search for an internship and found me a position as a Commi Chef for 12 months at a luxurious hotel in Brisbane.
Within 5 months of time span I got a promotion and a salary hike which is amazing. This experience also helped me learn the highest standards of International hospitality operation and kitchen management systems.
